Roland Emmerich directs another disaster movie about future weather
destruction that will end up bring on the next ice age, caused by unchecked
global warming. The film stars Dennis Quaid who is a paleclimatologist,
trying to warn the world about the global warming factor and it's effects on the
planet. Later he finds his son, Sam (Jake Gyllenhaal) trapped in New York
City, so it's Quaid to the rescue. This flick is good post-summer fun, so check
it out.

first all-black airline, NWA, as a means to win back his girlfriend, Giselle.
However, the maiden NWA flight doesn't go smoothly when a white family is

shouldn't have ever been made. The film Stars Kevin Hart, Snoop Dogg,

Van
Helsing
Hugh Jackman plays Van Helsing, a monster slayer in Transylvania at a
time when there are plenty on pickings. Count Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman,
and many more are in this action adventure.. The movie is great and very
creative, with a mix of the old universal horror film features along with the
new film features in the movie...

Kill
Bill Vol 2
Here comes the bride, Here comes the bride. The Bride (Uma Thurman) is
back for her final cut in Kill Bill Vol 2, the bride continues to cross off her
former colleagues on her death list, for putting her in a coma for 4 years. The
film takes it even back to where it all began for the bride, Bill, and the rest
of the gang.. This movie is indeed one of Tarantino best yet...

Denzel and Superfly?
Director Antoine Fuqua is putting together a project that will see him re-team
with actor Denzel Washington. THE RETURN OF SUPERFLY would see the Academy
Award-winning Washington play Frank Lucas, a heroin dealer in Harlem ghetto of
the 70's. To the people living in Harlem Lucas was known as "Superfly."
Eventually Lucas was chased down by police narcotics officer Richie Roberts.
Roberts convinced Lucas to help him take down his drug ring and identify the
dirty cops that helped him move his heroin from Vietnam to America stashed
inside the coffins of deceased soldiers. The film will be produced by Brian
Grazer (A BEAUTIFUL MIND) and Imagine Entertainment for Universal Pictures. The
studio is hoping to have the film shooting by this summer.

Johnson's Family Vacation

PG13, Comedy, 1hr 36min
Looking for a fun film for the entire family, well here's your ticket. This little entertaining but sometimes buffoonish film is saved by the classy performance of Vanessa L. Williams. Cedric the Entertainer offers up most of the clowning as we follow the Johnson family on a disastrous vacation trip. The good news for this film is that the box-office numbers have risen slightly in the film's second week of release, demonstrating that there is room for diversity at your local theater. JFV only cost $12 million and has grossed 21.5 million to date, however Searchlight, the films distributor has not expressed any plans to go wider than the current 1,326 screens that it is now paying on.

Dawn
Of The Dead (2004)
"Where there is no room in hell the dead will walk the earth." Well the dead are
walking the earth once again in the remake of the 1978
George A Romero classic Dawn of the Dead. The plot of is very close
to the 1978 version, but this film has unpredictable storyline changes that does
keep you guessing. All in all this is one of the better remakes and it is indeed
a lot fun to watch. The film stars Sara Polley,
Ving Rhames, Jack
Weber, Ty Burrell, and
Mekhi Phifer. The movie also features
special cameos from the original film, David Emge
and Ken Foree. Fans of the original will not
be disappointed.

Barbershop2:
Back in Business
Calvin (Ice Cube) and the gang are back for another dose of laughs and
controversy in Barbershop 2: Back in Business. The Sequel has more laughs then
ever and more lessons to be learned about life. In the 2002 box office hit
Barbershop, Calvin was very close on losing his barbershop to a very
dangerous lone shark (Keith David). But In this sequel the Barbershop 2, there
is even more competition for the shop when a new barbershop, Nappy Cuts is about
to open up right across the street from Calvin's shop. In this film you'll learn
more about Calvin and his crew of barbers Eddie (Cedric The Entertainer), Terri
(Eve), Isaac (Troy Garity), Rick (Michael Ealy), Dinka (Leonard Earl Howze),
Jimmy (Sean Patrick Thomas), and new barber Kenard (Kenan Thompson), which
happens to be Calvin's cousin in the film. I believe that audiences will not be
disappointed at all. The movie will not only have you laughing out loud, but
wondering what crazy things are going to happen next.
