The Live Spot History
The Live Spot Comedy at The Boston Comedy Club is a hilarious comedy showcase that’ll make you laugh until you can’t see straight (the Live Spot is not responsible for any injuries caused by hysterical laughter).  The brainchild of Comedian Reed “Live” McCants, the Live Spot started in Los Angeles and gained notoriety as the first black comedy club in LA.  Now, in New York, the Live Spot returns once more to bring comedy to the community.  Produced by the Live Theatre Gang along with comedian Eric Thomas, the Live Spot features the new and hilarious faces you don’t see on TV. The Live Spot made its New York debut at Lady Luci’s Lounge in Harlem.
